SASC Uniform Policy
All
SASC Competitive teams must wear the SASC uniform as shown above. The uniform
package includes both “home” and “away” jerseys, and
shorts. This uniform package is available only through SASC. There are no other
approved vendors. The cost for the set is $70.

- Fill in all the information in the top portion of
the form
- Under the Player Information column only enter
“Name” if you are adding last names to the back of the jerseys
- Please sort players by jersey numbers in ascending
order from 1 to 99
- Under the Size Information columns, please enter
jersey size, and short size.
- At the bottom of the form, please total the number
of jerseys and shorts ordered, both in total ordered and then by each
size.
- The form may be emailed to the Competitive
Team Uniform
Coordinator
- Checks are made payable to “SASC”, team
name must be on the check.
There are no "RUSH" orders, the average turn around
time for orders is 7-10 days. New team orders are due 8 weeks before the season
starts.
The cost of a complete SASC uniform package is
$70.00. This includes:
- Two jerseys, home and away
- One pair of shorts
Last names may be added to the back of the jerseys
at a cost of $8.00 per jersey. Teams may personalize either jersey, or both
home and away jerseys.
Teams must wear either white, black or red socks
(players may purchase these on their own).
All new kits are made of the
latest dry fit athletic material.
Uniform pieces may
be purchased separately as listed below:
- Jersey (white or striped) $26.00
- Shorts $18.00
- Training T-shirts $6.00
